Kaith Sheikhly, Portland personal injury attorney and founder of Sheikhly Law

Kaith Sheikhly, Esq.

Founder & Managing Attorney

Personal Injury & Trial Readiness: As a Former Judicial Law Clerk for the Multnomah County Circuit Court, Kaith worked alongside more than thirty judges, learning how they think, what arguments persuade them, and what separates winning cases from losing ones. He builds every injury case for trial from day one, because insurers pay full value only when they know you're ready to walk into a courtroom.

What Your Case Is Really Worth: Insurance companies price your injury with formulas. As a former Investment Banking Analyst, Kaith used to build those kinds of models, so he calculates the true lifetime cost of your injuries, from future care to lost earning capacity, and won't accept a lowball number.

Serving Oregon's Arabic-Speaking Community: Kaith is fluent in Arabic and proud to serve Portland's Arabic-speaking and Middle Eastern communities, including many rideshare and delivery drivers. Consultations, documents, and negotiations are handled directly in Arabic or English, with no interpreter needed.

Business Counsel: Kaith also advises Oregon businesses on formation, contracts, and transactions, including Sharia-compliant financing, reading every deal with a banker's eye for financial red flags.

Professional Background

Two unique backgrounds. One powerful advantage for injured Oregonians.

Judicial Clerkship

As a Judicial Law Clerk for the Multnomah County Circuit Court, Kaith worked alongside more than thirty judges. He learned how judges think, what arguments persuade them, and what separates winning cases from losing ones, insight he brings to every injury claim he prepares for trial.

Investment Banking Experience

Before law school, Kaith worked as an Investment Banking Analyst, gaining deep expertise in financial modeling and valuation. Insurers use formulas to undervalue injuries; Kaith uses the same financial tools to document what your claim is actually worth: medical care, future treatment, and lost earning capacity.

Community & Language

Kaith is a fluent Arabic speaker with deep ties to Oregon's Middle Eastern community. From injured rideshare drivers to family business owners, clients work with an attorney who understands their language and their culture. That includes Sharia-compliant finance for business matters.

Hannah Essa, Legal Assistant at Sheikhly Law

Hannah Essa

Legal Assistant

Hannah supports Sheikhly Law's clients and casework with the same combination that defines the firm: legal training backed by financial fluency. She holds a B.A. in Accounting from Portland State University, where she also served with Student Legal Services. Like Kaith, she is fluent in Arabic, so from your first call to your final settlement, our office serves you in Arabic or English.

Her accounting experience is hands-on. Through internships with Isler Northwest LLC and MFS CASH Oregon, she prepared tax returns, built supporting workpapers, and helped clients organize and understand their financial documents, experience she now puts to work organizing the medical bills, records, and lost-income documentation that injury claims are built on.
